Terms and conditions of sale:

Individual bottles can be purchased but are sold at the 'bottle' prices and do not have discounts. 

A Case is 6 bottles unless otherwise specified.  

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Current price list supersede any previously issued price list.

Local delivery is free of charge on orders of 2 cases or more.

All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering, unless account facilities have been set up.

All goods are sold subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.  Any changes will be
notified to the customer at the time of ordering.

Goods should be checked at the time of delivery and immediate notification of breakages should be reported.

Title of goods remain with John Gordons until all monies owed has been paid in full.

Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, cash, credit and debit cards.

All charges of non-payment due to returned cheques, etc. will be passed onto the customer with a £30 administration charge.
